This idea isn't totally mine. I'm almost POSITIVE that the swaybar link failure issue is due to swaybar shift from factory collars coming loose. Dustpark ordered some collars to replace the cheap ones on the swaybar. I took some measurements and decided to have my machinist make some super beefy collars. The swaybar diameter at the collar point measures between 1.135" and 1.165". I drew up a sketch of a collar for my machinist and this is what he spit out for me in about 3 hours. He made them out of solid steel bar stock. He cut four of them for me. I'll be beta testing a set and so will Frogeye.
ID=1.150" OD=2.500" Thickness=1.00" The cap bolts are 5/16" Grade
The crappy aluminum collars I cut off. (With a jab saw mind you.)
Oh man it's great having Ollie as a friend . Killer parts. I hope to be reporting no more sway bar shifting soon! We are going to Calico this weekend so we might have a chance to test them out.
They look awesome Ollie, You and your friend do it again.
Good luck this weekend guys, I hope you find that girl.

I am happy to see that you guys have come up with a bolt on fix.
It obviously took a bit of "brainstorming"
This looks like a great idea to keep the swaybar from shifting. Maybe I missed something in the swaybar link failure threads, but how does the swaybar shift cause the link to fail? Does it bring the links in contact with the shock/spring? *crawling under FJ to examine swaybar links*
Great job, FJ-Ollie! I'll be looking to buy these.

Do a search for 'shifty' or 'bent' or 'broken' or 'links' .

I found the answer, and posting here to help others:
The links hit the knuckle when the swaybar shifts.
