I think those are 4 piece of powder coated steel that fit correctly with the rack.

There is always one in the crowd! The tabs on the other ones cost what, $50 apiece if you figure the extra $500 bucks.

Hello Guys, the accessories for the FJ Rack are done and they look great here's a quick pic. LandCruiser07 is right we should charge $26 for each bracket vs all 4.
I will post more links tonight with several views of the rack.
