WOW! One of my turn signals was bad at the time of install. I called ARB and they sent me one the next day.

Re: ARB Bumper + Warn M8000 Installation - LOTS of pictures

I bought my Bumper through Torasport and they took care of everything!

Hope my turn signals work when I finally get to install them!

Re: ARB Bumper + Warn M8000 Installation - LOTS of pictures

Thanks for the detail, sbechtold - I was surfing the forum for a while before joining to choose a bumper, and yours really helped.
Two questions:
1. Has anyone figured out anything new about trimming the fender liner? I've been holding off cutting anything until I find a clean set up. I've seen the couple posts here with pics, and I was wondering if anyone has feedback as to how well what they did works. Just trying to keep out mud/water from the engine bay.
2. When the local ARB dealer installed my bumpers (I would have totally screwed up the rear bumper cuts, so this was cheaper), the front bumper was misaligned. The gap was different to the flares on both sides. They did adjust it for free, but they had to drill a second hole in the frame to get it done. So I now have one extra hole up there; is that bad, or not a big deal? Any way to fill it with welding, or just some Rustoleum and forget about it?
Thanks in advance!

Re: ARB Bumper + Warn M8000 Installation - LOTS of pictures

Just bought one of these yesterday. Would you suggest installing a winch with the bumper or could you do it later. From the pics it looks like it would be real easy if you did it all at one time, but a PITA if you did it later. PM me if you could on this. Thanks

Never done it myself but from what I hear it's a #&@%# to install it later on.

Re: ARB Bumper + Warn M8000 Installation - LOTS of pictures

I installed the same bumper, used the instructions from ARB and this thread, thanks a bunch. It was great to see some pics of someone elses installation. What did you do with the wheel well plastic pieces, did you remove them all together or cut them like the instructions say?
Thanks again.

I attached the ARB bumper installation instructions in a PDF file, though I don't recall where I found them.
