Re: ARB Bumper + Warn M8000 Installation - LOTS of pictures

How did you put the optional skid plate on? Did you have to drill holes and does it reduce your front end clearance? Maybe a few more pictures of how you mounted it over the ARB plate.

ARB installed with 9.5 XP winch and also put the TRD optional skid plate over the ARB Plate....nice fit with existing hardware. I kinda like the look

wow Nickb, has the vendor you bought it from been communicating what the holdup is?
dealership, but im not really going to complain. Good friend of my dads, bought the fully loaded 4x4 FJ for $32K and he said he would give us the bumper at cost...$500. Was just wondering if they were still on backorder and how long it took yall to get it.

$500 is a great price, I would have patience at that price as well. I heard that there were something like 250 on back-order, but I have no real proof of that - just heard it from some who deals with ARB. You can call ARB USA (www.arbusa.com) and ask them when they will be getting more in-stock. Go to the Contact Us link and click on North America. They are in WA and their phone number is on their website.

Cost is much more than that, and they now freely available.

If the dealer is not an ARB Dealer, that could explaing part of the massive misinformation you've been given.

There's some smoke blowing going on here....

Re: ARB Bumper + Warn M8000 Installation - LOTS of pictures

ya, at first my mom described it like a brush guard to them. That might have been how they got mixed up. But i had them call back and say the arb bull bar. So im guessing we should cancel it with them and go with someone else...where can we get it cheap??

Anyone heard anymore about the trim? Has ARB had a say in this? I'm all game for this project, but the trim will do a little more convincing.
Your trucks look awesome!
