Ok, I've been searching threads and reading and trying to decide if I should disconnect my front sway bar in the rocks.
The general consensus is you get better articulation if you do.
Some say bad things can happen with the IFS.
There was some talk of measuring differences on/off, but I can't find results.
Can people post pros/cons/experiences with the FJ here?

I think if you search again you will find we have gone over this topic many many times in several threads. These include personal experiences with or without the swaybar

Exactly, like 35 threads, none of them summarize pros and cons, most of them are about quick disconnects and after market solutions.
I wheel with no swaybars whatsoever. If we are in the same group at Rausch next week you can compare first hand and decide if its for you
Pro- I do get more articulation than with the sway bar attached, especially in the rear
Pro- Because of that, you have less instances where you lift a tire (even if there is alot less weight on that tire for traction, I prefer to have the weight of the wheel/tire lower to the ground)
Con- this can lead to extreme CV angles while wheeling, but I haven't had any breaks yet (knock on wood, but I do carry a spare)
Con- the truck leans more on the street, and in windy conditions on the highway it feels less stable
pics of my truck being flexy (i just like posting pics of it )

Sorry, didn't mean to sound condescending. As you said the information is in the threads, so I guess it's up to you to summarize the information and post it up.

No problem. I just got tired of reading the same thing over and over and not finding what I wanted.
I'll keep a summary in my fist post as people add stuff.
What are you planning on running net week? I got my lift and tires on. I might be able to keep up.
I don't plan on going nuts. I've run blacks there, but I think I'll stick to blues, and maybe swing down yellow jacket ridge (last pic, and my avitar) which is a short optional black section on a blue trail.
Its too early in the season to start breaking stuff
so do you have any problems with the rear coils coming unseated? Also do you guys think that some limiting straps to protect the cvs would negate any of the benefits of having the sway bar?
