Everything would seem to be a somewhat easy bend with a torch to heat up the plastic except where it mounts in the very front. Maybe if you mounted it in a vise and then torch it and bent it maybe. or a crack in the driveway.

If I were to do it, I'd mount the front first so they line up, then move towards the back. I don't feel that they need to be exactly flush with the bends. If they are tight and snug, that should ok shouldn't it?

FJamming, i am talking about this part right here. I was thinking it would be hard because you do not have much leverage to make that bend piece bend that sharply to put screws through it.
I had another idea too. Make where the front most piece is a little longer than needed , enough to be able to bend it correctly, then trim off the part that makes it too long.
very innovative for sure good fabrication also, i would think with the properties of that material it should slide nicely with minor gouging.

I can see using a floor jack and some heat to push the skid into compliance. I've successfully done that with 3/8 steel that was off by maybe 2 inches. I know the area you're talking about. The floor jack should be able to force it into place.
