Re: Adding winch to stock bumper

Not a chance, there is not enough strong material to mount to. The aluminum bumper underneath all the tupperware is pretty weak.

Pony up my friend!

GSGMAC is right, you would'nt do any justice even trying. Also you screw up a good front bumper.

I chedked with Lancruiser Northwest yesterday. The bumper that is on the Revtek sponsored FJ will be available soon. They are not sure of the cost yet. http://www.landcruisernw.com/FJ%20Cr...20Pictures.htm

That is one bad looking bumper.

its a bit too space moon buggy for me, but it looks like a tough piece of metal. Why are you considering it over the other bumpers? stronger, lighter, maybe holds a bigger winch, or do you just like the looks?

Oh - now that is GREAT NEWS!! That is by far the best bumper out there. Whenever that Fusion FJ is around others, your eyes are drawn to their truck - it is all about that bumper. It reminds me of a Terminator Endoskeleton. Unrivaled winch access.

The Allpro is 'prettier' but the LCNW bumper all around wins.
