Re: OME Lift Kit Install

Graham might have gone to sleep im sure he will see this in the morning and post he was telling me that it handled alot better especially around small turns and going in and out of parking spots. We took it to a construction site to get it dirty a little bit. We went through some pretty rough rocks but we did not climb the dirt piles because the dirt looked loose. Graham there is a huuuuuuuge dirt pile over here off el dorado just west of N. County Road. We need to go for another ride.

Re: OME Lift Kit Install

Nice work Reggie; although I wouldn't have expected anything less from you. See you when I get back in town. Graham and I will compare suspensions while we're in Telluride. The ToyTech springs for mine should be here next week and there's a 4x4 shop here in Crested Butte that is going to do the swap out. I'll give you a call and have you walk them through it when I take it in.

We need to hit that up...all for "testing" the new suspension!

Again, thanks for the install Reggie, you did a great job on my rig and Jim_D's FJ also. I was even more impressed how fast you were able to re-clock the front last night, awesome work man!

If anyone in or around Dallas/Fort Worth needs a lift, bumper, winch, or any other modification, please contact Reggie. He does great work, at a much lower price than a shop, and is a Toyota certified tech. He comes with my highest recommendation.

Jim D, give us a report from TELLURIDE. I'll be there in Sept. Will do a number of passes. Want to hear how your setup worked for the different trails. Thanks

Jeff, the kits come with step-by-step instructions, so no need to worry.

I would suspect that between Graham and I, with two digital cameras in tow, there will be a plethora of 4 wheeling pictures that will be posted, staring none other than Graham and mine's FJ's (and possibly any other FJ's that happen to show up; not that we would openly discriminate against any other 4 wheel drive vehicles in attendance).

Re: OME Lift Kit Install

Bringing the video camera also, so plan on seeing some video of the FJ's consuming some terrain!

We will post a full trail report when we return.
