I really encourage thinking about a tube bumper if you want it light. I think mine came out to like 50lbs or something like that. It really is rediculous how light, but how strong my tube bumper is. As far as production goes, just talk to Demello... mine wasn't on his webpage, but I called and asked if he would make one for a 4runner and he said yes.

I know some people hate how they look, but I actually think an FJ with a tube bumper would be pretty nice looking. It definitely looks more MadMax than plate bumpers, but at least I don't get cut off on the highway anymore!

Your 4Runner looks badass...I think a tube bumper on the FJ would be a good idea, after looking at your ride.
The bumper on the Revtek rig is the prototype from Warn. It will be available from them at some point, but I don't know when they are going into production...
