Looks great, but more info please.

Tires, sliderz, lift, what brands?

I am looking into the Cooper Discoverer STT tires.

Like the painted wheels, thought about that myself. I also considered doing just the opposite, leaving the rim silver and painting the spokes black, maybe even powder coating them. Nice.

must get the FJ in the dirt while the paper plates are still on. I believe you will find that in the owners manual (don't look too hard... just take my word for it ;-)

Truxx.

I like it, rides just like stock.

And better yet, I can see traffic lights now at the stop line.

Re: Pics of my modded black FJ (lift.sliders,wheels,tires,tint...)

Yikes, be carefull with the truxx lift off road. It is a TOP load spacer lift and will seriously over-extend the CV joints, ball joints and everything else when you get any articulation going in the front end.

Let us know how it does when you get a front wheel hanging, and crank the steering to lock. I wanna know if the over-extending is too much for the FJs front end, or if it can handle it. (let us know if you pop a CV joint the first time you hang a front wheel and crank the steering)

This is the bad news about a top load spacer, (vs a preload spacer like the revtek).

Nice looking rig.
