Re: Complete Front Bumper Comparison

Here is the Rocktek bumper I have on my FJ. If you want one, get in touch with Addis (AJSTOY) and he can hook it up.

Re: Complete Front Bumper Comparison

I am probably a minority here, but I really like the looks of the stock FJ bumpers. Has anyone fabbed a look-alike in steel yet?

Here are a few of my RockTek bumper that should address your questions (the first 3 were before it was powder-coated):

Re: Complete Front Bumper Comparison

I just ordered my Rocktek front bumper today. Is it here yet? They fired up the production of these again. Merry xmas to me.

EDIT: I just received the bumper today. This thing is a brute. You would have a hard time tearing this thing up. Also, it has brackets that mounts the bumper to the frame itself, not just the flimsy stock bumper mounts that most aftermarket bumpers use. Most aftermarket bumpers would rip off if you tried to use it to be pulled out of deep mud with....not the case here. Finally, the winch mount is actually part of the bumper and seems to have plenty of room. This is no girly-man bumper.
