Why?

That's a bad idea.

Re: Speed cut off

I think the cut-off is around 94 MPH. Why would you want to go faster then that in a FJ? The max speed limits in the US is 75 MPH. Do you have a death wish? It's not a Ferrari ....

Re: Speed cut off

Maybe he lives outside the US where 190kmh is pretty normal speed. But I would not feel safe in the FJ at that speed at all....on any SUV for that matter...It was not built for highspeed...

Re: Speed cut off

190 kmh?!?! what is the in MPH?? 120MPH?!?

You know every car has what they call a governor in it. Yeah you get going to fast it knocks you back down, no throttle for two or three sec, then you get it back up to that point and it knocks you back down again...

WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU GOING AT 190 KMH in an FJ?!!?

Uh Dude.... I don't know anywhere that 120 MPH is the normal speed, that is unsafe.

It will be awhile if not almost impossible. Even the ones destined for the Middle East have cut off.

You might want to contact those folks at Unichip, who are currently making a modified chip for the FJ. Perhaps you could ask them to make a one time off chip for your purpose. Good luck and drive safe.....
