Let the engine cool some before getting it wet.
And if you've been in some mud or muddy water, make sure to clean the radiator as well...

Mud will also get in the hand break system, if your hand brake doesn't feel right...pull the rear break disk and pressure wash the assembly.

Good point!!!! 2007 vehicle & cracked block not a good combination either.
