No problem.

I just open another internet explorer session and go to the gallery. When you click on the image, the URL shows up (It starts and ends with a [/IMG]) I copy the entire URL string and then paste it right into message body. You can then preview the post and make sure it shows up. You can do it the same way if you are using a different image host as well.
