My rig tasted both sand and ocean water at Gearheart beach twice now. It's fun beach to drive, although you can't tear up the beach like the dunes, but fun nevertheless! But I gotta tell ya, its a F!@#$% ***** when you gotta wash it down later
When you think you got it all washed down, you'll see them later again. I usually wash it by hand, then take it to a car wash just to be safe than sorry. Those salt water can be nasty!
