You would need to spend a crapload to do what you want and that isnt worth it. Get a K&N filter and switch to Royal Purple at 10k miles. Go to the Royal Purple website and check out the videos for more info on hp/mpg gains. You can also search the forum about synthetics for more info. For best MPG use premium fuel, check your air pressure in your tires, keep your air filter clean and change your oil. Also if you go up in tire size and add bumpers and stuff your MPG will suffer.

If MPG is a worry.....buy a Saturn.
