Dingle bay! Freaking awesome and gorgeous! Plus they have beehive style huts out there that early celts lived in. The Aran Islands are nice too. Get out of the cities is the best advice I can give. Ireland is being flooded with money and people from the EU so the big cities are becoming like any big city anywhere in the world. Hit the small towns and visit the pubs and get some of the local flavor.
