Re: Fuel Filter..is it hard to get to and change?

Do ya think it would be a good idea to put a big, quality in-line filter somewhere?

Kind of surprising a vehicle designed for off-roading and harsh conditions doesn't have a replaceable fuel filter...or an AT fluid dip stick.

The in-tank filters are kind of a last resort particulate filter...

This is my forst Toyota & I realize the FJ is more a utilitarian vehicle, but from the previous Hondas & Subaru's I've owned (all bought new) those manufacturers alway's seemed to think of "the "little things"...is this "par for Toyota's course"??
