Thanks. This makes sense except for one thing. Early on I was badly affected by attempting to mod a Japanese motor. In 74 I bought a Yamaha 650 new. I got the great idea to put a Hooker header on it. Sounded great but dropped power. So, on advisement, I rejetted the carbs and put an HP intake on it too. Several other corrective actions, and long story short, because memory fails, the bike never ever, started again and I sold it in a box. I swore I would never attempt to change anything on a Japanese vehicle.
Chevrolet yes, Japan no. I have lived by this rule for a quarter century plus and simply can't change. Thought I would order the TRD and bolt in on and not worry about upsetting the zen.
