You can also ski at The Canyons, which is near Park City. I believe Deer Valley is still skiers only, if you are into that. Alta is skiers only, but you can have a combined pass with Snowbird (which allows boarders). Tough to pick a favorite, but I think I'd have to say Snowbasin. Very nice since the Olympics were held there!

I'm sure the CO people will protest here... but 2 CO avid skiers I used to work with [reluctantly] admitted that Utah snow is better.
Our resorts in CA are pretty good, but if you like powder, Utah is your choice. have fun!
