The FJC is quite new and does not share a whole lot of parts with older Land Cruisers. You can bring in spares from the US if you really want to import your FJC to Costa Rica but have you looked into the importation duties? For a vehicle less than 3 yrs old, the duty fees are 59.33% of the appraised value of the vehicle.
