I think the readers will know to ignore the moderator's name who just happened to post a given thread and go right to the subject matter and its creator.
Plus, this will leave the original thread "unmolested," since
this version of it will remain Closed following posting.
Also, the OP can request to have the content partially edited (within reason) once posted here.
