The FJC is based on the Prado Platform. Other sharing the platform are the 2005+ Tacoma and the 2003+ 4Runner. The Tacoma shares the front similarities, the rear is leaf sprung.
The drop-bracket kits will not interchange due to frame differences. They require removal of a crossmember and replacing it with a drop-down crossmember to lower the control arms and accommodate an extended spindle.
