And yes, they are more than "hip" to the FJ Cruiser. Matter of fact the FJC has become a common staple at TLCA events and feature articles within in the TLCA magazine ( "Toyota Trails").
Many FJ Cruiser owners are also current (or former) FJ25, FJ40, FJ60, FJ80 and FJ100 Land Cruiser owners. And, you'll find a large number of members of this great Forum who are not only TLCA members, but also writers/contributors to the TLCA magazine.

Agree 100% When Wesley Chapel Toyota set up a Cruiser Jam and mud fest here in FL they showed up in strength and were very friendly and informative.
They gave us FJ owners a lot of tips and invites to their functions and runs.
