Home Made Front Lift

so I wanted a temp lift, to just level the FJ out. Til I could afford a a real suspention lift. When I owned my Liberty I lifted the rear using the same rubber(automotive spring rated rubber) I used on the FJ. The rubber came from McMasters #8630K118 which is a 6"x6"x1" at $17.60ea., used two blocks one on each side. Using holesaws I cut out a donut out of the rubber for each side(sizes= 4-3/4" & 2-11/16") theres a pic of the donuts.

Had to rent spring compressors at $6.00 a day. Only needed a day.

With the 1' spacer I got about an 1-1/2" of lift that leveled the FJ.

Heres FJ after the lift.

So total cost of $41.20 . Now I need some OT at work so I can get MTs for the FJ.
