Be careful with where you mount the handgun. In AZ, if the concealed weapon is easily reachable by anyone else in the vehicle and they do not have a CCW, they can be charged with having a concealed weapon - Even if YOU have the CCW.

The laws in your state are probably different, so you will need to do your own research.

What makes it muddy here, and I wouldn't want to be the one to test it, is that a gun in a holster that is visible is ok. I don't know what the police would do if they came across this mount. (I like it, BTW and am trying to figure out what I want to do for my handgun...)

This discussion came up the last time I renewed my CCW...
