That Sucks Tony, sorry about all the problems buddy. I hate it when people think they can take advantage of someone...With Business practices like that, they won't stay in business very long..

Wow, Tony. Having to deal with this crap on top of everything else that's happened.

Take it to heart, I WILL NOT patronize that business.

Word of mouth is a very powerful tool in business. It can go either way. Do great, like so many of our vendor's here, and get rewarded with revenue. Screw up, and good bye $$$.

Thanks for sharing.
I remember lying in bed and thinking about my wheels. Wifey won't let me go check them out and I couldn't ask her to bring them to me. I've wanted these so badly for so long that I almost sneaked down. It was horrible timing. I would've responded to them immediately but you know, @$#% happends. Thanks for reading!

ANy vendor that claims CNC machining tolerences of 1/4" are acceptable should not be permitted to fabricate a square block of material. CNC tolerences are measured in
.001 of an inch, that's thousandths!!! I would take any money I can get back and run.
I know! The board said the same thing when I first posted about CNC machining. Unfortunately, there is no money to be recovered except to try and use it as is.

Tony - sorry for your troubles, but thanks a million for the warning! They will get no business from me.

It sounds like Discover cards are useless too! I guess I'll use Visa for any purchase I haven't seen first. In fact, I'm going to call them up, ask them if they will withhold/reimburse payments in situations like this, and if not, I'll cancel my card!

Good luck getting this resolved to your satisfaction.
Discover Card is a story all by itself. They've had agents who talked to me who are cleary not qualified. They can't seem to get facts straight and don't remember what my issue was. They've let me talk to the wrong "department" for minuts before transferring me. They want me to send back the wheels without any kind of warranty about resolving the issue. After know how Beadlock Specialties work, would I dare to send it back and hope I'll get resolution? Shame on me for trusting them once, but do it again? I think not!

Don't trust the credit card companies to protect you-Discover or whoever else.
