If they just arrived on the 21st, why does UPS show that mine were delivered on 19 Nov? I just checked on the tracking number tonight and I was suprised to see I supposedly already had them. I called UPS them to let them know I never received them and they told me to contact the vendor. So I left an email (throught your website contact page) with sales asking what can be done.
So, what can be done? I don't have any rock sliders and I'm out a big chunk of change.
