Thanks a lot for the info, I will for sure use it. I will also try to restructure it so it reads differently and make myself believe I'm doing something "novel". I am very good at fooling myself this way  .

Actually, I stopped updating mine long ago (it is quite a lot of work to ferret out all of the information), so if you are willing to update, add to it, improve it, I think that would be a great help to others, even if not entirely unique. In fact, I am sending you some "advance" rep, because I know you are going to make a good job of it!
