Can you get just the cover handle?
Check with your local dealer though I did not see it in the parts illustration.

The cover is being held by just one screw (with red locktite on thread) in the back and locking tab in the front of the handle assembly.

For removal tips, I've seen a few. Do a search for door handle or side mirror removal.
