Thank you all of you for the comments. In the begining I was kind of afraid to do the holes that later won't match with the bolts, but when i noticed they were big enough for error-margin I started making the big one first to "end the wail" with the 4¼" (108mm)hole saw, the continued the other holes with the step drill using masking tape to mark where was the measures to use (5/8) for the eight holes and (5/16) for the three upper screws. Everything was a perfect fit.
