Look for a paintball shop in your area.
I use to go to a welding shop who would fill it while I waited, usually around 10 minutes at the most.
They were not pumping last Saturday, so I hit a paintball shop and the woman hooked it up and had it done in less than 5 minutes.
This was a 10 lb Powertank.
