Comments about the transaction: After several promises to send money, Phil never sent a check and now refusues to answer my PMs. While I didn't get burned, as I was waiting to ship the item until I had a check in hand, this makes Phil a questionable buyer.
We all have the occasional change of heart... and that ok. If you chose to step away from a deal, at least be man enough to send a PM and admit it.
