I always check EVERYTHING after a service/brake fitting etc, simply because I don't trust anyone. Friend of mine told me a story of how he went for a service for his Celica some years ago where they certainly started the oil change..........and forgot to add the new stuff. Bye-bye engine. It initially gave my local service guys the sh*ts, but they now think it's some quirky Australian trait.
