Fairly often. I've been on a couple in this area in the past month. At the top of the Socal Regional forum, there's a 'sticky' thread. The first post has a schedule of events, including runs, for all of SoCal. It's at the top, and green. It is ALWAYS up to date. FJamming is addicted to the forum.
