When I was a kid I worked for a company called The Trim shop; mostly a mail order VW Thing parts store. I shiped bumpers, fenders, doors, seets, roll bars, hard tops and even half clips for gods sake. When something is being packed it is the responsability of the seller to understand the pitfalls af the shippng comany they use and pack the item accordingly to limit dameage. The fact that a shipper will drop a package doesn't excuse the seller nor does it justify customers recieving damaged goods.
