Not a dumb question.
Each spring set has a different load rating so to speak. So, if you have a static load and put a spring that has a higher rating, it will push the load up, lower rating, not so far up.
So, if you have a "stock" set-up and put on the OME 886's, you would get about as much lift as you can out of them but that would also probably put your CV's in a negative angle...
