A lot of you are posting up about the powdercoat. As I mentioned earlier I was willing to overlook that. I was going to redrill the holes for the lights, mask off and paint the bumper as needed. But when the bumper wouldn't go on that was all I could take. That is why I asked Jack for a new bumper. At this point I think its only right considering all of the problems that I've had.
Jason, review the pictures and let me know how you want to fix this. Tapping the studs won't work, the holes are off too much.
