Don't waste your money.
Ive been at it 15 years and have tried just about everything.
Protein powder and a clean diet of tuna, rice, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs as well as a good workout regimine will be your best bet.
The plan of attack has alot has to do with your body type too.
The only thing on the market what worked was ephedrine and its hard to come by. It cut the fat, killed appetite, gave energy.
