Thanks for the input guys. My diet is pretty good now, so at least I'm on track with that. And i'm not doing excessive protein, only what my body will absorb as a function of the body weight to grams ratio.

I know there's no magic pill, but it would be nice to get back to where I was 2 years ago FASTER! Man, I got to a great point (strong, pretty ripped, low body fat), and then work got in the way and too much travelling led to me not working out as much, eating poorly at restaurants and airports etc, always on the go...

Like I said, now that I have time to work on my body again, I'm getting there slowly, but its tough to be patient...
