Cool. I was into it pretty hard for a long time and got pretty strong I quit everything after our son was born at 28 weeks.

Well he is 2 now and I am finally back into it so look on the bright side, if you were into it before, you will get back to where you were ALOT faster than when if you had started from the beginning. Your muscles remember very quickly.
