Gakic does good to get your blood pumping and keeps it going throughout a workout. It's supposed to result in an "immediate 10% increase in strength". I would say that's completely false but you can definitely tell if you've taken it or not. After some warmup sets your veins are pumping and you're ready to go.
I've been drinking Ensure (Like a nutritional supplement..like they give people in hospitals/etc. that can't eat) for the past couple of years when I need to gain weight before the season. Problem is it results in just about all fat, but it definitely adds the pounds fast when you need them.
