I wouldn't worry about the CO2, lots of folks use it for offroading and powering tools. However...

OK, I haven't thought this through completely - just thought of it so bear with me. I have a small Argon/CO2 mix shield gas tank for my mig welder. I was considering putting a cheapie "spare air" tank in the void in front of the rear bumper. I know that Argon is used for filling the tires of luxury cars and that it is completely inert.

So, perhaps my Argon/CO2 mix tank could pull double duty and I could figure out a way to add a mig welder to my rig as well. I'd need to check out cost, pressure, volume, etc. before seriously considering this. I haven't searched widely, but haven't read about anybody doing this, so maybe theres a problem with it. Thoughts?
