To activate the fuse block with ignition you tap into a circuit in the main fuse block that is on with ign, off when key is off. That wire runs to a relay and that relay turns on the circuits in the fuse block.
I used the Painless Wiring Circuit Boss 7 circuit fuse block because it has 4 switched circuits and 3 constant.
