Dude that is not good. They are completely stupid.
Normally shocks are filled to 200 psi but every manufacture is diffrent so I recommend calling all pro or Fox and find out. Also DO NOT FILL THEM WITH AIR THEY NEED NITROGEN. Air is fine for short period of time but should be replaced as soon as possible. I am sure they don't have the equipment do do that so you/they might end up having to ship/take them to a shop that can.
