that blows! even i couldn't muck up like they did and i'm pretty good at mucking something up. i really hope they get this taken care of for you quickly and properly. they need to compensate you beyond giving you a rental and fixing the problem...IMO. i think from now on, i'm going to stick a post-it note on my coilovers when i go to the dealer for service.
