Based on their previous plan of action, I would definitely require that they show you some sort of receipt that verifies that your shocks were filled to 200psi with Nitrogen. I wouldn't be surprised if they try to fill it with 200psi of air to get you out of the shop...and then you have failed seals or whatever later down the road.
