By "shifting" and the pictures i am guessing you mean that the end of the spring is not in the seat, correct? They could have been installed that way.
You could fix it yourself not too hard.
Lift the and put jack stands under the frame.
Unbol the bottom nut that holds on the shock.
Let the axle droop down and then the spring becomes loose.
You can then reposition the spring. Take maybe 30 minutes and save you some money if you have the tools.
If you lived here i would do it for you for 5 lbs of boiled crawfish.
