Uh, yeah, it was an attempt at a joke. I could see the reaction of the Highway Patrol if 50 FJC's were rolling down the interstate with Utah Highway Patrol emblems on the doors.
--but nothing keeps you from doing it just to prove a point to the Highway Patrol! I'm sure that the Utah Highway Patrol has a sense of humor. I have yet to experience it, but I'm sure it's there.
