We're lucky indeed that we have mostly good weather and terrain here in SoCal, but we do pay for it, believe you me
, in one way or another.

One year ago, I promised my wife I'd build her a cabinet where she could store all of her nice china. Your condo project comment makes me feel that much more of a loser. I need to light some fire under my patootie.
